Todd Gipstein has given hundreds of lectures over the past thirty years.
He has taught writing and lectured on communications, history, art, nature, the environment, travel, specific places and photography.
As a lecturer for National Geographic, he has spoken at events, conferences, and aboard cruise ships around the world. He has lectured in the Caribbean, China, the South Pacific, the Mediterranean, and across North America. His work was featured twice at the National Geographic’s Masters of Photography series.
Todd has joined Lindblad / Nat Geo Expeditions to lecture on photography, storytelling and media on trips to the Canadian Maritimes, Norway, the Arctic and the Baltic Sea.
Todd’s lectures incorporate stunning photographs taken on his extensive travels around the world. Some talks also include films and other media that Todd has produced for National Geographic and other clients.
Todd has lectured to teachers at various educational and mentoring institutes sponsored by National Geographic. He has been a keynote speaker at several travel conferences and has spoken at annual conventions of the CTO (Caribbean Tourism Organization) and PATA (The Pacific Area Tourism Association). He has also given workshops on writing, communications, and photography to smaller groups.
